No Tolerance to Harassment or Aggressive Behavior

Jos does not tolerate any form of harassment or aggressive behavior towards our employees. Jos expects that all clients will act professionally and courteously to Jos’s employees.

Examples of harassment or aggressive behaviour are:

  • Comments regarding an employee’s personal appearance, race, ethnicity, age or gender;
  • Sexually explicit, suggestive comments, or sexual language;
  • Any form of indecent invitations or proposal;
  • Use of profane, abusive or hostel language; and
  • Threats, bullying, or yelling.
  • Inappropriate touching. 

If a client fails to adhere to these guidelines, Jos has the right to refuse to provide services to that client.
