Yes, some of our jewellery pieces are already accompanied with gemstone certificate reports. For those certificates that are not included, Jos can arrange a gemstone report verification service at the international certify authority such as GRS, GIA etc., certificate charges will be subject to the rate of designated company and the jewellery piece itself.
If the size is not perfectly fit, we can arrange a re-sizing service, most can be re-sized within two sizes up or down. However, not all designs of jewellery pieces are suitable for re-sizing. For more information and professional advice, please visit our showroom or contact our client service for better advice.
For any adjustments you may wish to make to your selected jewellery piece, speak to Jos jewellery section, we will provide advice and recommendation within our knowledges.

Jos chooses to work with the best craftsmen among the industry, those who meet its excellence and quality standards, wherever these skilled experts may be based in Hong Kong and China. To present the perfection of our products, we carefully select our fabrics which mostly are made in Italy, France, UK, China and Japan, and are with superior standard.
To demonstrate the uniqueness, our clients can choose their favourite fabric and design to make their perfect pieces. For tailor-made pieces, we usually need 2-3 months as production lead time, all depends on the complexity of the wearable art masterpiece. For better fitting, fitting with certain alteration will always be essential, sometimes several fittings may apply.
When you make a purchase from Jos Ready-to-Wear, our showroom’s assistants will give you advice on the alteration so that each item fits your figure perfectly. Once you have accepted our advice, we will then send it to our master for alteration. It usually takes 1-2 week(s) depending on the complexity of the alteration.
PRODUCT CARE
We advise that you always store your jewellery in the original packaging or soft pouch provided. Please keep pieces separately to avoid damage. The unique expertise of jewellery guarantees products of exceptional quality. Regular wearing of an item of jewellery may nevertheless lead to the appearance of marks on the piece caused by contact with the skin, extraneous contact, pollution, etc.
In order to clean your jewellery, rub the surface delicately with a soft brush and warm soapy water, then rinse it carefully and dry it with a soft cloth. This will enable you to revitalise the brilliance of your piece of jewellery without damaging it.
It is important not to carry out this kind of cleaning in the case of pearls and emeralds, which risk being damaged by any substance other than water alone. We therefore advise you to entrust the maintenance of these pieces to our colleagues at our showroom.
Diamonds are gems of exceptional hardness. Ensure that you do not keep a piece set with diamonds alongside your other jewels, which could be scratched or damaged as a result.
It is recommended that particular attention be paid to your pearls, since they are an organic material that is very sensitive to chemical substances. For this reason, and in order to prevent your pearls from losing their lustre, ensure you do not expose them to contact with cosmetic products as these will damage them (perfumes, sun cream, etc.). You should also keep your pearls separate from other jewels.
